ARTISTIC STATEMENT: "1 is a part of a bridge in Newcastle (England) that connects the inner with the outer parts of the city which are separated by the River Tyne which continues to divide Newcastle and Gateshead for 13 miles, in the course of which it is spanned by 10 bridges. People have to walk underneath the gigantic bridge (here’s another perspective of it), but hardly anyone pays attention to it."
